Synergy Energetics T. R. I. Corp regularly organizes training, continuing education programs and other popular science meetings in different topics but with strong emphasis on marketing, commercial and financing related meetings where the public indirectly can gain limited information on the company’s major activities and job opportunities. These meetings and training provide excellent opportunities for both the company human resource employees and the public at large to explore possibilities for cooperation and employment.
Team-building (sport activities, excursions, travel)
The company values highly the open and personal relationship between the company employee, management and the community leaders and the public at large. The frequent informal personal contact between our staff and the community helps to develop trust and mutual respect as well as helps the company to understand the concerns and issues that may confront the community. In such a relationship, even serious disagreements or conflicts can be amicably resolved to the benefit of both parties.
