 Prof. Dr. Robert S. Hargitai
CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Professor Hargitai is the principal and a founding member of the company and the TCG program. The company is extremely grateful to Professor Hargitai who accepted the appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board. He has recognized the potential in the TCG program, and with great enthusiasm, vitality and exceptional vision led the development of the company to its present form and scope. He single-handedly initiated and developed new ideas and programs, frequently carried out special projects on his own that are not often practiced by other CEOs. Professor Hargitai works very closely with Professor Rozgonyi. Their joint and harmonious work together during the years is exemplified by not only the smoothest and most successful cooperation in many projects, but by the strength of the personal respect and friendship between them. A stronger and more prosperous further development of the company is assured under the leadership of these two professionals with Professor Hargitai at the helm of the company in the years to come.

Mr. Károly Koska
Director of Engineering and Technology

The Director of Engineering and Technology is responsible for the coordination and management of all the technical issues related to the TCG plant and the associated units. He participates in the projects from inception to establishment, testing and putting into operation. At the project owner's request, he is responsible for managing the maintenance and operation of the plant as well. The thrust of his responsibilities is to coordinate with the purchaser in technical matters, and oversee the subcontractors and technical professionals on a given project. 

The Director works closely with the Director of Business in project development, and is responsible for meeting the technical expectations of the purchaser, developing the technological, business and financial model of the projects and participating in the discussion with the company management in the finalization of new project development. He provides alternatives and information to prospective purchaser(s) to assure that the TCG plant and system will fully meet the requirements of the purchaser.

The company is very happy to have Mr. Koska as the founding Technical Director of the company. He has very significant and relevant managerial experience, and his high level of professional and ethical experience is impeccable. He has been involved in TCG technology review for many years and has developed an unparalleled practical and engineering knowledge in the area.

Mr. János Tóth
Director of Marketing

Mr. Toth is responsible for the company’s marketing program within the European region. He developed a high level and wide range of marketing experience over his many years as car dealership owner and dealer of high end automobiles. 

Through his extensive business-related contacts and network, Mr. Toth has significantly contributed to the company’s business network development and the positioning the company to an effective marketing situation. The prospective purchasers of the TCG plants have their initial contact first with the Marketing Director, and it is of the utmost importance that this first meeting be with such a highly skilled professional as Mr. Toth. The Business Director works very closely with the Technical Director in the first phase of project development in order to determine the best system for the prospective buyer both from technological and financial and economical standpoints.

Mr. Toth is the founding marketing director of the company, and the Company is very pleased to have such a fine professional in the Company’s management team.
